Living Rainfroest

Dear Diary,

On Thursday the 12th of November, I went to the Living Rainforest. First we did the register and a little bit of handwriting whilst we waited for the coach to come. Eventually the coach arrived, then in a flash of time we were at the Living Rainforest.

After we went inside everyone gathered in a room and got sorted into our groups. My group then went in to the rainforest to see the animals and the plants. We only went in for 15 minutes. As soon as I went in, I took my jumper off straight away because it was so humid in there but it was cooler than a real rainforest. Afterwards we went on a proper tour of the rainforest. I learnt loads of interesting facts about animals: A toucan’s beak is large so it can reach higher food.

Once our tour of the Living Rainforest had finished, we had lunch and played on the playground, which was fun.
